Surfboard of the Future

surfermagSurfer magazine has an article in its February 2014 pub about Daniel and the Vanguard. Written by Todd Prodanovich. While Tomo shapes may be the surfboards of the future, the boards have deep roots in the past. –MB

“I didn’t shape the nose like that just to look weird and catch people’s attention. Having this nose allows you to straighten the rail line and have the leading edge of the board parallel to the water. Basically, the goals is to reduce drag and increase speed.” –DT
